Adidas unveils gold-themed soccer ball ahead of World Cup Finals

(NBC, KYMA) - The official gold-themed ball that will be used in the World Cup Final has been unveiled by Adidas.

Adidas posted a photo of the soccer ball that will be used in the tournament's semifinals, third place game, and final match.

It's called the Trionda Final and features a gold, white and black design. Graphic elements celebrating the 16 host cities are incorporated into the ball.

Atlanta, Dallas, Miami and the New York/New Jersey area are featured prominently in the main blocking of the design as the cities where the final matches will be played.
