D.C. Mayor renames street ‘Black Lives Matter Plaza’
A street near the white house is renamed "Black Lives Matter Plaza."
WASHINGTON, D.C. (FOX News)- The new sign going up in a section of 16th street in front of Saint John's Episcopal Church.
Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser debuting it on Friday, along with a large yellow "Black Lives Matter" mural.
A message the mayor says is meant to honor the movement and show Americans the nation's capitol is listening.
