SPD to receive first aid medical bags to assist the community
The Somerton Police Department (SPD) is hosting an open house and medical bag presentation ceremony for the whole family. SPD said there will be refreshments and a tour of the police station will be available for those who join them on July 19 from 5 p.m. through 6:30 p.m.
According to SPD, the medical bags have been donated by the Back of the Badge U.S.A., a nonprofit organization created to support first responders.
