Yuma County Sheriffs hiring for various positions

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Department ( YCSO ) is hiring for various roles in which you can apply to online.

According to YCSO they are hiring for the position of detention officer, detention licensed practical nurse, and detention registered nurse.

Here is a list of requirements for each position:

Detention Officer: $17.97-$22.59

Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED Must be able to pass a fitness exam and written exam Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and polygraph Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license Detention Licensed Practical Nurse: $27.47

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Valid (unrestricted) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Must be able to pass a drug screen, background, and polygraph Detention Registered Nurse: $34.84
