New executive director appointed for Arizona@Work

The Yuma County Workforce Development Board proudly appointed Bill Regenhardt as Arizona@Work’s new executive director in Yuma County.

Regenhardt earned his Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in International Business and is committed to taking Arizona@Work to the next level of workforce development.

Formally Regenhardt was the executive director for Adult Literacy Plus here in Yuma and is currently an Adjunct professor of business at the College of Southern Nevada.

His passion for developing innovative programs for workforce development and his hands-on approach is one of the many qualities that Arizona@Work is looking forward to.
