Rural Metro respond to broken gas line on Honey Avenue
The Rural Metro Fire Department responded to a broken gas line on Honey Avenue Thursday afternoon.
A construction company was working in the area when a 2-inch line broke and called 911 to report it.
Yuma County Sheriff deputies secured the area and firefighters were on the scene for safety reasons while Southwest Gas crimped the area.
No injuries have been reported and construction workers along with neighbors that were home were evacuated.
