The last few weeks we’ve seen a case of out with the old, in with the new coming from Capitol Hill. The latest, is former President Barrack Obama’s rule that called on the Social Security Administration to report Americans with mental illnesses to the National Gun Information Background Check System. On Thursday, the Republican-led House voted to repeal the rule; the Obama Administration placed the rule after several deadly shootings.
