Three people inside RV wake up to flames
Three people safely evacuated from the RV they were sleeping in when it went up in flames.
The Yuma Fire Department (YFD) issued a press release in which they say they were called out to the Yuma Mesa RV Park on 32nd Street on Tuesday after 1 a.m.
When fire crews got there, they found heavy smoke and flames coming from the RV. Firefighters say they were able to put out the flames shortly after.
Fire investigators say the fire started accidentally from a propane water heater.
The blaze destroyed the RV and an SUV inside.
The three people, who were inside at the time, did not suffer any injuries because officials say they where able to evacuate early.
