Sprouts opening Early Summer 2017
The people of Yuma are finally getting a variety when it comes to grocery shopping.
The construction at the corner of 4th Ave and 16th Street is moving forward with a new Sprouts Grocery Store opeining early summer 2017.
Sprouts offers thousands of food options including natural, organic and gluten free items. Mayor Douglas Nichollas, thinks this store will help those in need of specific food items, and open different food options to the community.
“Some people have dietary needs. They have certain issues in their health that require certain types of foods, so this store should help with that also.It’s one of those projects that we all anticipate, it’s a little painful with the road construction and the building construction happening at the same time, but when it’s all done we will be better for it.”
The construction at the intersection of 16th and 4th will finish early next year, making it perfect timing for Sprouts to open their doors shortly after.
