Person Shot; Goes to Police Department for Assistance

The Somerton Police Department said officers arrested two people following a shooting reported around 3:30 PM in the 200 block of East Crane Street in Somerton on Sunday.

According to Somerton Police Officer Higuera, two minutes after the initial report a person injured from the shooting showed up to the police department seeking medical assistance.

No further details were shared. The shooting is part of an ongoing investigation.
