Laura Meza

Laura Meza worked at Telemundo 3 and joined KYMA in 2020, and is now a reporter at Telemundo San Antonio.

Born in Downey, California, and raised in Mexicali, Baja California Mexico, Laura Meza has a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Advanced Studies (UNEA).

She began her professional career as a culture and entertainment reporter for various local radio stations, as an announcer, and with vast experience as a news producer. As well as being a fan of the arts, she presented two photographic exhibitions on both sides of the border.

As a journalist, she understands that her duty is to inform and became a spokesperson for the Yuma community, which is why she considers herself fortunate and proud to cross the border to continue to develop professionally and personally.
