Governor Ducey signs bill to allow kids in school to take moment of silence
(KYMA, KECY) - Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed a new bill into law as a benefit to kids in school.
The bill HB2707 ensures Arizona kids have time at the beginning of each school day to take a moment of silence.
In a tweet, Ducey said "Arizona kids deserve the opportunity to take time every day at school to reflect, meditate, pray, prepare for the day ahead or anything they - and their parents - choose."
