Kohl’s announces major renovations across the nation

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY/CNN) - Major retailer, Kohl's is anticipating a major makeover to stores across the country.

The company says it will no longer be a department store, but rather a mini-sized version of what we have now.

Kohl's shoppers should also except to see Sephora mini-shops at 75% of U.S. stores.

100 new locations is also in the works for the retail company with fitness, athleisure and jeans being the main focus.

Kohl's cash rewards is to receive a makeover as well to please shoppers.

All of the new renovations to be expected may seem exciting, but numbers show otherwise.

Kohl's shares stumbled down 13% on Monday and were level in Tuesday morning trading.

Numbers and doubts aside, no buyouts are in the horizon for Kohl's.
