Pinnacle West Supports Republican Candidates for Corporation Commission

Pinnacle West, the parent company of APS, is supporting the three Republican Candidates running for Arizona Corporation Commission. Spokesman for the Arizona Coalition for Reliable Electricity, Matthew Benson, says that Pinnacle West had no intention of getting involved in the candidate races for the Corporation Commission. Benson says that it was when they saw Solar City and the out-of-state special interests supporting the Democratic candidates that they decided to get involved.
