Family of Bud Roberts demands justice

The family of William David “Bud” Roberts told the Brawley City Council on Tuesday they want justice for him. Bud Roberts allegedly died of a gunshot in his Brawley home 9 years ago. Family members said the death was ruled a homicide by police, but nobody has been arrested to this day.

Recently the Emmy nominated syndicated TV series CRIME WATCH DAILY aired a story about the case. The Roberts family hopes the television exposure of the alleged crime helps to get the investigation moving faster.

“Recently, on October seventh, there was a TV show that aired something on this case and we are hoping that and with coming to speaking in front of the council that we will continue with the ball rolling and reminding people that bud is important to many people and that we find justice for him,” Katherine Spieler said.
