YPD investigates shots fired

The Yuma Police Department is investigating several reports of shots fired in a neighborhood.

Officers issued a statement Wednesday morning, where they say they found several shell casings on the street in the area of 20th Avenue and First Street around 3:40 a.m.

Police say witnesses saw a small-grey convertible speeding away on 20th Avenue while the passenger fired a gun.

No injuries or damages were reported in the incident.
