YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) — Yuma used a late two-run sixth inning, highlighted by Jack Bouts’ clutch ground-rule double, to pull away from Arcadia and secure a 4-2 win in the 4A play-in round.
Behind a strong outing from sophomore Joseph Pastrana and a game-ending double play from Jaxson Gastelum, the Criminals held off a late push to advance to the state tournament.
