Basketball decal added to subway station’s entrance head of Game 2 of NBA Finals

NEW YORK (CBS, KYMA) - A basketball decal was added to the entrance of a subway station outside of Manhattan's Madison Square Garden Friday ahead of the New York Knicks playing in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

Footage filmed by TikTok user @hypnotized.eyez shows Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) workers applying a basketball logo to a 34th Street-Penn Station entrance.

"Only in NYC," @hypnotized.eyez captioned the footage.

The Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs 105-104 in Game 2 Friday at the Frost Bank Center.

The teams are set to face each other next in Game 3 on Monday at Madison Square Garden.
