News 11’s annual Turkey Drive declared a success

900+ turkeys collected for Crossroads Mission

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A big thanks to everyone who came out and helped make this a happy Thanksgiving for Yuma's less-fortunate! We collected 923 turkeys for Crossroads Mission this year!

In addition to the birds, you also contributed all the trimmings, plus deserts.

We also want to thank Walmart for once again allowing us to take over its parking lots for our event.

If you couldn't make it to the drive, you can still donate to Crossroads. Contributions can be dropped off at the mission - it's on 10th Street right off Arizona Avenue. You can also head over to Crossroads' website to make a donation online.
