President Trump’s approval rating drops to new second term low
(CNN, KYMA) - A new poll shows President Donald Trump's approval rating is dropping.
The Gallup survey found only 36% of Americans approve of the job the president is doing. 60% of people oppose his handling of the job.
This is the lowest approval rating of President Trump's second term in office.
The survey was conducted between November 3 and November 25. This was around the time of the off-year election and the federal government shutdown.
The poll shows Republicans and Independents ratings of the president have dropped since last month.
Republicans approval of Trump has fallen seven points to 84% while only 25% of Independents approve of the president.
