Justice, Anderson lift Western Kentucky past Charlotte 78-59

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Camron Justice scored 22 points as Western Kentucky beat Charlotte 78-59. Josh Anderson added 20 points for the Hilltoppers. Jahmir Young led the 49ers on Thursday night with 17 points.
