Season schedule begins with Bucs versus Cowboys

(KYMA, KECY) - The NFL schedule has officially been released and the 2021-22 season kicks off on NBC News 11!

Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night, September 9th.

Brady and the Bucs are looking to win back to back championships, while the Cowboys will look to prove that they are potential NFC playoff contenders.

Then on Sunday, September 12th, the Chicago Bears will travel to Los Angeles to take on the Rams at Sofi Stadium.

The NFL kicks off it's new 17 week schedule right here on News 11.
