Jurors hear secret police interview during trial for man accused of killing Tupac Shakur

LAS VEGAS (NBC, KYMA) - Jurors heard a secret police interview with Duane "Keffe D" Davis admitting his role in the shooting of Tupac Shakur Thursday.

In the interview, Davis told investigators a man he called Zip gave him the loaded handgun the night of Shakur's murder.

Davis said he, Terrence "T-Brown" Brown, Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson and Deandrae "Dre" Smith went looking for Shakur and Suge Knight and eventually spot their BMW.

"I saw the BMW…I heard someone saying, 'Tupac, Tupac.' They gave themselves away hanging out the window," Davis said in the interview.

Davis said he was in the passenger seat. He told investigators if Shakur had been on his side of the car, "I would have blasted it."

Davis said the gun went to the backseat and Anderson fired.

Another major claim in the interview, Davis said Sean "Diddy" Combs offered him a million dollars for the murder.

The trial, which got underway Monday, is continuing Friday.
