Amber Alert issued for five-year-old boy reported missing in San Luis, Mexico

SAN LUIS, Mexico (KYMA) - The search continues for a five-year-old boy from San Luis, Mexico who has been missing for almost two months.

Mohamed Meza has been missing since May 1. He was taken from his home by his father, who is from France.

So far, no one has heard from them, and the case has drawn national attention due to concerns that the child may have been taken across international borders.

KYMA spoke to Yudith Meza, the child's mother, who said, "The child has a distinctive characteristic apart from his physical appearance. He speaks French. In my opinion, the child's father had been planning for a long time to take him to France and unlawfully remove him from the country, constituting an illegal international removal."

If anyone knows where Meza or his father are, reach out to law enforcement.
