YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The USMNT defeated Paraguay 4-1 in its opening match of the FIFA World Cup. It's the most goals scored in World Cup history for the country.

“We’re not avid fans, but this is an opportunity for us as Americans just to celebrate this time,” one fan said. “And you know sort of set aside politics, set aside worries and just enjoy a game and share it with the world.”
