NBC 11 Sports: Wildcats and Sun Devils pick up big conference wins

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The Arizona Wildcats defeated Texas Christian 86-73 to remain undefeated on the year and improve to 16-0.

The Arizona State Sun Devils topped Kansas State 87-84 to jump up to a 10-6 record and 1-2 in the Big 12. The Sun Devils and Wildcats now face-off against each other on Wednesday.

Both of Arizona Western's basketball programs marked a tally in the win column tonight against Central Arizona.

The women's beat the Vaqueras 58-56 while the men's came to a 89-85 finish.

Perricone Park held the first full day of its first-ever soccer tournament Saturday. The Independent Club Cup drew in 33 teams from across the Desert Southwest to compete against each other.
