YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A wave of sorrow hit the soccer world with the tragic passing of Liverpool and Portugal star Diogo Jota, who died in a car crash in Spain alongside his brother leaving behind a young family and fans mourning worldwide.

In happier news closer to home, the San Diego Padres battled the Texas Rangers into extra innings yesterday at Petco Park, ultimately coming out on top to get the series started.
