CBS 13 SPORTS: Local Yuma Catholic fighter is all in, Holtville U10 Softball wins Districts

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma Catholic's Javier Lopez is taking his talents beyond the wrestling mat, entering a statewide jiu-jitsu tournament this weekend as he prepares for his MMA debut later this summer.

Over in the Imperial Valley, history was made as Holtville topped Calipatria 17-10 to become the first-ever District 22 champions.

The U10 softball squad now heads to the state tournament in Westminster on July 1.
