Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new allegations

(NBC, KYMA/KECY) - The five-count federal indictment against Sean "Diddy" Combs now includes an allegation that he dangled a woman over a balcony railing.

This is strikingly similar to an allegation in separate civil lawsuits two women filed against the music mogul.

One of those suits was settled privately, the other seeks $10 million in damages and has not yet gone to trial.

Those are just two of more than 50 civil lawsuits filed accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual misconduct, all of which he denies.

The 55-year-old Combs remains jailed in New York until his federal trial, which is expected to start in May.
