Lori Vallow Daybell appears in court for final pre-trial hearing

PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY/CBS) - Lori Vallow Daybell appeared in a Phoenix court Tuesday for a final hearing before her upcoming murder conspiracy trial.

Vallow Daybell, the so-called "Doomsday Mom," is facing two counts of conspiracy to commit murder in the deaths of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, and former nephew-in-law, Brandon Boudreaux.

The trials will be separate, with the murder conspiracy trial taking place later this month while the Brandon Boudreaux case has not been set.

Last week, a judge in the case ruled in favor of livestreaming the trial after Vallow Daybell argued against it, citing privacy concerns and accusing CourtTV of airing a misleading ad she claimed slandered her and her husband, Chad Daybell.

Vallow Daybell was already sentenced to life in prison in Idaho for murdering her two children and conspiring to kill her husband's former wife.
