An Excessive Heat Warning will greet us as we head into the holiday weekend

YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - After the near normal temperatures today, high pressure
will build over the region by the weekend and persist through the 4th of July. This will result in hotter temperatures with widespread highs between 110-115 degrees. Slightly cooler temperatures are
possible by the middle of next week. Mostly dry weather will persist through at least the next 7 days.
