News 11 Weather: Still chasing 105

So far our hottest day of the year has been 105 degrees, we should top that as the week progresses

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Slightly cooler temperatures will prevail across the region through the latter half of the week, but will remain at or slightly above normal.

Widespread breezy to windy conditions are expected through Wednesday as a weather disturbance moves across the western United States.

Hotter temperatures are expected during the upcoming weekend when more widespread highs of 110-115 degrees are forecast.
