Calm and warm weekend ahead

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - It's been another calm night for the Desert Southwest.

Breezy conditions will continue for the rest of the night and into early tomorrow morning with wind gusts peaking at 20 to 25 MPH.

Rain chances continue to decrease as drier air enters our region just in time for the upcoming weekend.

Looking ahead to the weekend, we will continue to have calm and clear conditions with temperatures staying near or slightly below our seasonal average of 106.

By next weekend temperatures are trending to climb above-normal.
