More typical summer pattern about to give way in Desert Southwest

Winds will be fairly light with some occasional afternoon and evening breeziness ranging mainly 15-20 mph

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Dry and quiet conditions are expected to continue into next week.

Temperatures will end up near normal today before rising to slightly above normal across Arizona starting Sunday.

Daytime highs of around 110 degrees are forecast across the lower deserts of South-Central Arizona starting Sunday, while the deserts of Southeast California and Southwest Arizona are most likely to be 105 to 108 degrees each day.
