U.S. Health Department changes COVID vaccination strategy

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - The Trump aministration is making an about-face in it's COVID vaccination strategy.

So far, about 9 million Americans have received their first shot, even though 25 million doses have been distributed.

The vaccination rollout has been under fire for being too slow.

As Eric Hill reports, The White House is now taking a page out of the incoming administration's playbook.
