Disney World Passholders accidentally charged for months parks were closed

(KYMA, KECY) - Some Walt Disney World Annual Passholders got quite the shock today when they saw charges posted for months the theme park was closed for COVID-19.

Those on the monthly payment plan had payments automatically stopped and waived starting April 5, after the coronavirus pandemic forced Disney to close its gates. Payments between March 14 and April 4 were also retroactively refunded, according to WDW.
