Tracking a beautiful fall-like weekend ahead

As we head into the weekend I am tracking calmer winds, lots of sunshine and comfortable temperatures. It's going to be a great weekend ahead to spend time outdoors.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Happy Friday! Today is the coolest day of the week as highs are trending cooler than normal and in the upper 70s.

On our futuretrack hour-by-hour it will be a nice and calm evening ahead. Great weather to do some fall activities and maybe carve a pumpkin or visit a pumpkin patch.

Grab a sweater or jacket before heading out the door tomorrow morning. It will be a chilly one. I am tracking overnight lows to be in the low 60s and mid- to upper-50s by tomorrow morning.

A lower pressure system will stay put this weekend filtering in drier and cooler air into the region, which will keep our temperatures cooler than normal.

Looking ahead on our temperature outlook I am tracking pretty seasonable and comfortable temperatures for next week.

Next week we are in for slightly warmer, but seasonable temperatures. As we inch closer to Halloween weekend, I am tracking more clouds and cooler temperatures by next weekend.
