Canada Prison Escapee living in California under dead boy’s name

ORANGEVALE (KYMA, KECY) — Thomas Coy, but in court documents, listed as Jean-Paul Halleux, Joseph Paul Halleux or Joseph Rivard escaped from a Canadian prison nearly 50 years ago but it turns out this fugitive has been hiding in plain sight in Orangevale.
