Miss Yuma County winners share their joy live on Sunrise

They will hold their Yuma County titles for the next year before competing for Miss Arizona

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Congratulations to our new Miss Yuma County and Miss Yuma County Outstanding Teen.

Haley Wright and Harrison Dusek were just crowned over the weekend to represent our wonderful community.

Miss Yuma County, Haley Wright, says if she could eat lunch with anybody in the world it would be Princess Diana because Wright says she was a true idol.

Miss Yuma County Outstanding Teen, Harrison Dusek, says if she could have one superpower it would be to be able to read minds.

Both winners are looking forward to community service and volunteering in our region.

Wright's social impact initiative focuses on bringing awareness to childhood cancer. She lost her younger brother to cancer when he was just 15 years old.

Dusek is passionate about her social impact initiative central to art and how how children and adults can embrace art.
