Travis Kelce to return to the Kansas City Chiefs

(NBC, KYMA) - Travis Kelce isn't ready to retire from the National Football League (NFL) just yet.

The tight end, who made his name known as one of the prolific pass catchers in NFL history, will return for a 14th season with the Kansas City Chiefs.

A joint social media post from the NFL and Kelce's "New Heights" podcast shared the news. The deal is reportedly worth $12 million, and it can grow to up to $15 million.

In addition to his fame on the field, Kelce became globally famous for his engagement to pop superstar Taylor Swift.
