Comedian Nikki Glaser gearing up for 83rd Annual Golden Globes
LOS ANGELES (CBS, KYMA) - Comedian Nikki Glaser is gearing up to host the 83rd annual Golden Globe Awards for the second straight year, honoring the best in film and television.
Glaser made history last year as the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo, earning rave reviews from audiences and critics around the world.
She plans to bring her fearless wit to the stage again, with plans to call out A-listers like George Clooney, Michael B. Jordan, and Ariana Grande in her opening monologue.
"I have a list of everyone that I'm making fun of. Because I'm going to send them a gift afterwards of like 'Thanks for being a good sport.' Just something to be like, 'Look, I know this wasn't easy on you.' Thanks for playing along…assuming that they play along. Maybe I won't send it if they're mean about it," Glaser shared.
You can see how celebrities handle Glaser's zingers at the Golden Globe Awards, airing live this sunday on CBS, Channel 13, and streaming on Paramount+.
