A missing 2-year-old girl found safe in Virginia

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Va. (NBC, KYMA) - Missing since last night a two year old girl in Cumberland County, Virginia was found safe this afternoon.

Bridget Zeigler, 2, was last seen around 6 p.m. Thursday evening.

Virginia state police issued a CODI alert on behalf of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department late Thursday evening.

According to authorities Bridget was found safe in the Cumberland woods around 1:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

Bridget was reunited with her parents and seems to be in good health and is being checked out.
