Gadsden Elementary School District donates iPads to Sonora High School

GESD 32

SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA) - A local school donated technology to support students.

The Gadsden Elementary School District No. 32 donated nearly 300 iPads to the Colegio de Estudios Cientificos y Tecnologicos de Sonora.

The school is in Sonora, Mexico and received the donation in an effort to reduce a technological gap between students.

"These kinds of collaborations remind us that learning has no borders," said Governing Board Clerk Tadeo A. De La Hoya. "They show what is possible when education becomes a bridge between communities, fostering growth and progress on both sides of the border."
