Two suspects arrested for murder appear in court

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The two suspects arrested in connection to the homicide over the weekend, appeared in court Thursday afternoon.

This after a stray bullet killed 31-year-old Christian Galindo, who was inside her home when she was struck and killed early Sunday morning.

The suspects, 18-year-old Jose Flores, and 18-year-old Mia Dominguez, were arrested and booked into the Yuma County Detention Center on Monday.

Flores was booked for 2nd Degree Murder and Dominguez was booked for 2nd Degree Murder, False Reporting to Law Enforcement, Hindering Prosecution, and Evidence Tampering. 

The incident happened on First Street near 27th Avenue close to the city limit.
