Three candidates in the running for Yuma County Superior Court Judge

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A new judge is coming to the Yuma County Superior Court.

Governor Doug Ducey's executive staff conducted interviews for candidates who have applied for this judicial vacancy on the Superior Court in Yuma County.

There are three candidates who applied for the position: Denise Avila Taylor, Nohemy Echavarria and Nathaniel Sorenson.

All interviews were open to the public.

Additionally, the public may send written comments and view the candidates’ applications on the Governor's Office website HERE.
