Former President Trump headed to Arizona for rally Friday

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - In the midst of the chaos surrounding Donald Trump's actions on January 6th, the former President is headed to Arizona for a rally on Friday.

Trump and former running mate and Vice President Mike Pence will share the stage in dueling rallies in Prescott Valley.

The former allies now find themselves competing against one another in the 2024 GOP Presidential primary if they both ultimately choose to run.

This past week, Pence endorsed Karrin Taylor Robson in Arizona’s Republican Gubernatorial primary, pitting himself against Trump who has already endorsed Kari Lake.
