Possible plea deal for Yuma man who killed his brother in a chokehold

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A Yuma man could also be offered a plea, as the state works to gather the details and confirm with victims.

Adolfo Haros-Kempton who allegedly put his own brother in a chokehold and killed him, remains in custody.

There is no trial set, but the state hopes they can come to an agreement before it gets to that point.
