Phoenix homes had biggest price increase in the entire nation
The price of a Phoenix house rose by 33.1%.
PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY) - Experts say home prices are once again on the rise.
The national home price index reported a 19.5% annual gain in September, down from 19.8% in the previous month.
The biggest increase was in Phoenix, Arizona which saw prices jump 33.1% from 2020.
But even in cities with the smallest yearly price gains, prices rose by more than 10%.
