Florida deputies deliver pizza for driver involved in car crash

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (CNN, KYMA) - A Florida sheriff's deputy can add a new job title to his resume: Pizza delivery guy.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) said deputies were responding to a car crash this week when they learned one of the people involved was a pizza delivery driver on his way to drop off an order.

Not wanting to disappoint the customer, PCSO said a deputy stepped in to complete the delivery.

The customer thanked the deputy for the extra effort.
