Gunshots ring out near Florida A&M’s football stadium in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (CNN, KYMA) - At least a dozen people are injured after a shooting near Florida A&M's Bragg Memorial Stadium Saturday night during homecoming weekend.

Police said 11 of those injured were shot. The 12th victim is a grandmother who was hurt fleeing the scene.

Among the gunshot victims, six kids, with the youngest just 11-years-old. Authorities said there was some sort of altercation before the shooting.

It took place just hours after a homecoming football game at the stadium, where Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions beat Florida A&M Rattlers 31-28.

It's unclear whether the shooting was connected to the game, but police are investigating.
